Refund policy

We want your experience with Heritage House to be better than any other retailer you have ever dealt with.   If you have a problem, we screwed up your order, or (even better), you have some product suggestion -- call us at (513) 228-2888.   If we can't answer, please leave a message and we will get back to you by the end of the day.    If we don't, (and yes, we have missed a few calls) feel free to call back.    

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at heritagehousegifts@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
